Quality Assurance
As a small business, the owners of the company are also our key employees and consultants. We realize how extremely important it is to exceed management’s expectations and meet all contract requirements. The quality of our services is exceptional because we are hands-on throughout the life of a contract.
We make sure all requirements are clearly understood and that all contract procedures are strictly followed. Regular meetings with management ensure projects stay on track and that the client is receiving the highest quality service. Status reports document contract progress and can highlight ongoing issues. We maintain remote system access and e-mail communication 24 x 7 x 365 to meet any urgent production requirements. Our consultants are often the ones to provide time-critical solutions because we are always ready to do so.
Our policy is to address problems immediately, document problems and work with the client to establish a solution. Problems and interpersonal conflict among client resources can be part of every project. Our consultants work with management to improve team dynamics by making sure all team members are working toward a common goal.
Another common problem is user community disconnect with development and support teams. We work diligently to acquire the confidence of the user community. We use this trust to bring the development team and user community together. By gaining significant internal organizational knowledge we have been able to mold support for critical projects while also addressing nagging user frustrations. Our ongoing challenge is to get developers and users to understand each others perspectives.
We provide a stable foundation for project teams. We allow these project teams to be highly productive with fewer members by raising the skill sets of client resources. We train new client resources or provide consultants to ensure that high quality production application support continues. By having our consultants on board, our clients guarantee their success.
We assure high quality work by establishing regular meetings, continual use of e-mail and telephone conversations, and providing technical and managerial direction as required.
In conclusion, our decade of service for the United States Navy should speak for itself in terms of our ability to integrate and manage consulting relationships.
